Chelsea began her professional career as a musical theatre actress, and after 5 years in the industry, left to pursue a career in real estate. Chelsea got her license in 2016 and in her first year set over 300 client appointments.

Chelsea was honored to be a part of one of the nations top producing real estate teams. In their top producing year, they sold over 95 Million in real estate volume for 470 transactions.

Chelsea worked her way up to a leadership position as “Director of Inside Sales” and ran a team of 5 ISA’s. She also helped to hire and train all the new agents for the team.

“ In being a part of the real estate industry, I realized the need for a more systematic way to train new agents, which is why I co-founded The Agent Accelerator in 2019. Our company started with a simple mission, “to accelerate agents from survive to Thrive.”

Houston currently serves as CEO “97 Display”, a technology company located in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

With over ten years of sales experience across several industry spectrums, Houston led in agent production for a top KW team, personally selling over 90 listings a year. He was later promoted to “Director of Sales” where he led the team to their top producing year with over 15 sales agents in his charge.

Houston brings his strong negotiation and training skills to our team.
